DAY 1: Kathmandu Arrival - City Sightseeing

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet your guide and start your journey with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square.
This historic square, located in the heart of the old city, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its magnificent palaces, temples, and courtyards.

Explore the intricate wood carvings and historical architecture of Hanuman Dhoka Palace and the surrounding temples.
Next, head to Swayambhunath, popularly known as the Monkey Temple. Perched on a hilltop, this ancient stupa offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and is a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site, adorned with colorful prayer flags and a golden stupa that dominates the skyline.

After a dinner at a local restaurant, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in.

DAY 2: Bhaktapur & Nagarkot

Start your day with some free time to enjoy Kathmandu at your leisure.
After lunch, embark on a journey to Bhaktapur, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bhaktapur is renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture and rich cultural heritage.

Walk through the bustling squares, including the famed Durbar Square, and admire the intricately carved wooden windows and doors of ancient temples such as Vatsala Temple and the 55-Window Palace. Discover the local artisans’ skills in pottery and traditional crafts. In the afternoon, travel to Nagarkot, a scenic hilltop known for its breathtaking sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. The tranquil environment offers a perfect retreat and a chance to experience the natural beauty of Nepal.

DAY 3: Hiking & Cultural Experience

Begin your day early for a sunrise hike from Telkot to Changunarayan. This approximately 2.5-hour trek takes you through lush countryside, terraced fields, and traditional villages, providing a glimpse into rural Nepali life.

The hike culminates at Changunarayan Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest Hindu temples in the Kathmandu Valley, renowned for its ancient inscriptions, intricate carvings, and its significance in Hindu history.

After lunch, choose between two cultural experiences: a tour of Bugmati and Khokana, traditional Newari villages known for their rich heritage and traditional practices, or a visit to Kirtipur, an ancient city with a wealth of historic temples and vibrant local culture.

In the evening, enjoy a delightful Nepalese dinner featuring traditional dishes, accompanied by an engaging performance of ethnic dance that showcases the rich cultural traditions of Nepal before then going to hotel in Kathmandu for rest.

DAY 4: Kathmandu Departure

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Kathmandu Airport for your departure.
