We will pick you up at your hotel in Bangkok, and drive you about 1.5 hour to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Thailand. The Kingdom of Ayutthaya was one of the most prosperous kingdom in the ancient Thailand which ruled for more than 400 years during 1350 – 1767. During their rules, the kingdom erected so many magnificent structures which some of them you will witness today.

First visit of the trip is to Wat Mahathat Ayutthaya, a historical temple which was built in the year 1374. This ancient temple is highlighted by the head of Buddha image embedded in the roots of a Banyan Tree in the temple complex.

Continue to visit Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, a historical monastery which was built in the 1357, and Wat Phra Si Sanphet, which was the holiest temple on the site of the old Royal Palace in Thailand’s ancient capital of Ayutthaya until the city was completely destroyed by the Burmese in 1767. 

Finally you will visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, a majestic mansions of Thailand’s Royal family. This palace is one of the many residences which belong to Thai Royal Family.
